We've been busy in the kitchen this weekend, trying to use up our excess Nutella supplies from pancake day, and decided on making some mouth watering hazelnut and praline muffins from the Hummingbird Bakery Cake Days recipe book, they were absolutely delicious! We were slightly conservative with our teaspoon of Nutella, and would suggest using a much more generous heaped teaspoon of the yummy stuff, but other than that the perfect weekend treat. The whole Cake Days book is full of wonderful recipes from red velvet whoopie pies to lemon and poppy seed loaf, there is something for every occasion and craving!
