Boy London is the must have Brand for 70’s Club Kids, Punk scene of London and lovers of the 80s Rock scene. Boy London has come a long way since those days and although it still
embodies those unique selling points (USP), they now cater for a niche market, like the new
generation Club Kids. Rihanna and Jessie J have
been great champions of the movement, and I plan to follow suit, definitely a brand for the festival season.
Boy London is gaining a mass amount of fans within the underground fashion forward youth market. However, Rihanna recently sparked controversy by wearing head to toe Boy London whilst on the Jonathan Ross show, an extremely big risk for the brand, potentially threatening their USP, however, it seems to have paid off for the brand.
How to wear Boy London – There are
no rules when it comes to wearing Boy London. Most of the collection is designed to be worn by both men and women, and therefore some pieces may be slightly too feminine for some men. The key way to wear a Boy London piece is to use it as a base and build your outfit around it, making sure that your 'inner punk' is well and truly on show, don’t be afraid to stand out and express
yourself. I live by the quote;
“They
who play it safe are quick to assassinate what they do not understand. They
move in packs, ingesting more and more fear with every act of hate on one
another. They feel most comfortable in groups… less guilt to swallow. They are
us. This is what we have become… afraid to respect the individual.”

Boy London can only be purchased in two places, either online from their official site, or from Selfridges in London.
