Maison Martin Margiela launch at H&M...

Following in the footsteps of Stella McCartney, Versace and Lanvin the extremely anticipated Maison Martin Margiela collaboration launched today at the Regent Street H&M store. The epitome of avant garde, its seems the exhaustive marketing campaign paid off with some fans having stood in line since 10.30pm the previous evening. What with the Twilight Breaking Dawn part 2 premier on wednesday night, it seems the sporting trend for this week is 'London Camping".

Anyway back todays topic (Mr. Pattinson you do distract!) On sale are jackets with pointy shoulders, coats made out of duvets, jeans cut in oversized proportions  and fabrics used inside out. If your familiar with their designs this will come as no surprise, although it seems it doesn't deter some uninitiated shoppers from splashing out...
Miss Ting age 25 spent £1,612.77 but claimed to not know much about the brand stating, "My sister is a fan...It's quite odd. It's a bit like the sort of thing you might see people wearing on Brick Lane isn't it?" Don't you just admire her hunger for fashion? *Sigh* We're mighty jealous of this dedicated crowd, were you a part of the madness? If you were we would love to her from you!
